Service Description

Ideal for those 10 to 18. 5 days, Monday to Friday with performance on Friday for friends and family. July 15-19. 2024. 9am t0 3pm Multiple teachers on board this session so no last minute cancellation concerns! In Camp, students start to learn the skills needed to create strong improvised scenes. Some of these skills include building ensemble, giving and taking focus, object work, and, one of the most crucial fundamentals of improv, the concept of “yes, and.” Students get up and play a variety of exercises and games many used by PFI Improvisers on stage each week. These exercises and games train the analytical side of the brain to focus on simple goals, freeing the creative side and silencing the negative thoughts that can make us freeze in performance (or in life, for that matter). These games are high energy cooperation and a ton of fun to play. No previous experience or prerequisites required. Please note that class dates are subject to change. If you are registered or waitlisted, we will notify you via email of any such changes.

Cancellation Policy

Due the limited spaces for students, once you register for a class, there will be no refund given unless the class is canceled by PFI. If you register and then are unable to attend the class, a credit for a future class may be granted by PFI at their discretion.
